Cammie Gray

President

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Board-Certified Pediatric Specialist

With 34 years of clinical experience, Cammie Gray is a Board-Certified Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Before opening and operating Head2Toe Pediatric Therapy, Cammie worked as a physical therapist and orthopedic clinical manager for Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco, TX. She also previously worked for 1 CP Place, a practice specializing in treating children with cerebral palsy.

Cammie believes in family-focused, outcomes-driven physical therapy, knowing that when treatment is consistent and evidence-based children can gain the strength and mobility they need to thrive. She created Head2Toe to remove the hassles and obstacles that parents and children face when receiving physical therapy care at complex healthcare institutions that are often far from their homes. This community-focused practice is designed to serve patients efficiently and effectively right in the neighborhoods where they live, go to school and play.

Madi Gray

Office Manager/Physical Therapy Tech

Madi Gray is a highly qualified and passionate registered nurse with experience working with children of all ages. When not working at Head2Toe, she is committed to treating infants with a variety of conditions in the neonatal intensive care unit.
