Private and public health insurance programs often cover payment for physical therapy, but services and reimbursement vary. Contact your insurance provider and request a summary of benefits and coverage (SBC) related to physical therapy. That document will typically outline what is covered and what you can expect to pay under your plan.
Head2Toe strives to provide high-quality physical therapy services for clients at low costs. We accept all forms of credit cards, debit cards and personal checks for payment for visit fees, co-pays or co-insurance – whatever is appropriate based on your insurance plan. We are able to contact your insurance to confirm and review your physical therapy benefits for you.
